Get back into the game
Use these quick checks for loading, controls, audio, fullscreen, or saved-progress problems. Include the game name and your device when reporting an issue.
A game will not load
Reload the page once and confirm that your browser is current. If the loading screen remains, try another network and include the game name, browser, and device in your report.
Controls or fullscreen are not responding
Tap or click the game once so it has input focus. On iPhone and iPad, Vibcade uses a fill-screen mode when native browser fullscreen is unavailable.
Progress or ratings look different
Local game progress and rating limits are stored in the current browser. Clearing site data, switching browsers, or using private browsing can create a fresh local state.
Contact the team
Send the game title, what happened, what you expected, and the device or browser you were using. Screenshots are useful when the problem is visual.
